Product Features

Phase-shifting rectifier transformers with capacities above 20M adopt full copper conductors combined with axial ventilation ducts, effectively controlling transformer volume and temperature rise within a compact range.

High-voltage windings adopt a multi-layer continuous structure with compact mechanical strength, limiting partial discharge levels to below 10 pC.

Low-voltage windings are equipped with multiple cooling air ducts, and additional top-mounted fans are installed to ensure excellent temperature rise performance during testing.

The electrical and structural design fully considers harmonic content in each unit and current imbalance among groups, ensuring that hot-spot temperatures remain within standard limits during operation.

Multiple reinforcement and vibration-damping measures are implemented to control operational noise and reduce vibrations during transportation.

Widely applied in deep-shaft mine main drainage/hoisting systems, offshore oil platforms, large vessels, nuclear power plants, high-rise buildings, underground core energy stations, and other industrial projects with extremely stringent environmental protection requirements.
